“互联网+”时代催生工作-家庭无边界管理情境。研究界定了此情境下管理制度结构及其调整的工作-家庭关系模式,构建了整合理论框架来研究制度的规制维度的效率,发现由弹性工作制、资助和服务构成的新制度规制维度能缓解冲突、实现平衡和增进丰富化,并能直接或在它们中介作用下提升员工的组织承诺、身心健康和工作绩效等员工绩效;提升家庭成员的家庭满意度、婚姻满意度和家庭支持等家庭绩效;提高生产率和销售量;提升组织的声誉和信任等社会绩效。研究为未来实证研究提供了基础理论框架,并为企业管理实践提出了策略建议。
“Internet + ” era gave birth to work - family borderless management situation. The research defines the structure of the management system and the work-family relationship mode of adjustment in this situation, builds an integrated theoretical framework to study the efficiency of the regulatory dimension of the system, and finds that the new institutional regulation dimension composed of flexible work, funding and service can ease Conflict, balance and enrichment, and enhance employee performance such as organizational commitment, physical and mental health and job performance directly or through their intermediaries; improve family performance such as family satisfaction, marital satisfaction and family support ; Increase productivity and sales; and improve social performance such as the organization’s reputation and trust. The research provides the basic theoretical framework for the empirical research in the future and puts forward the tactics suggestion for the enterprise management practice.
