目的 观察排钱草总生物碱对肝纤维化大鼠肝脏组织病理改变的影响。方法 用四氯化碳 (CCL4)复制肝纤维化大鼠动物模型。结果 动物造模后光镜下肝细胞变性坏死程度加重、胶原纤维分布明显增多。电镜下肝细胞及细胞器形态结构破坏明显 ,贮脂细胞、枯否氏细胞增多 ,胶原纤维分布广泛。经排钱草总生物碱治疗后 ,肝组织病变减轻 ,上述与纤维化有关细胞及胶原纤维明显减少。结论 排钱草总生物碱可以减轻CCL4致肝纤维化的病变程度 ,抑制肝纤维化的发展。
Objective To observe the effects of total alkaloids from Dinodon gintexica on hepatic tissue pathological changes in hepatic fibrosis rats. Methods Rat models of hepatic fibrosis were replicated with carbon tetrachloride (CCL4). Results After animal modelling, the degree of degeneration and necrosis of hepatocytes under light microscope was aggravated, and the distribution of collagen fibers was significantly increased. Under electron microscope, the morphology of hepatocytes and organelles was significantly destroyed, and fat-storing cells and Kupffer cells were increased, and collagen fibers were widely distributed. After treatment with total alkaloids from D. chinensis, liver tissue lesions were reduced, and the above-mentioned fibrosis-related cells and collagen fibers were significantly reduced. Conclusion The total alkaloids of Dinoflagellate can reduce the degree of liver fibrosis induced by CCL4 and inhibit the development of hepatic fibrosis.
