近二十年来,国内外对防渗墙施工技术发展很快,钻孔深度可达100米以上,造孔机具为反循环钻机、抓斗等,造孔速度快,可大大提高工效,造孔垂直精度控制达1/800~1/1000,使槽段间混凝土结合良好,保证墙的最小厚度,槽段接头采取许多先进措施,如接头管拔管法,双月牙钻头、接头盒等,加快施工进度。有些防渗墙由于拉力或压力过大采用了局部加钢筋技术,速度也可以很快。坝体填料压实,可提高变形模量,减少防渗墙的水平位移,对防渗墙的安全有利。压实方法除振动碾外,又发展了振冲法及强夯法,可比振动碾工效大大提高。这些技术发展使防渗墙用途更广泛,工效提高,成本降低。现就防渗墙施工中的几个问题简介如下,作为《人民长江》1984年第1期“国内外土石坝及围堰防渗墙技术发展简介”一文的续篇。
