首先分析了影响温度传感器时间常数τ的因素,在此基础上建立了温度传感器激光负阶跃现场动态极准系统。该系统采用CO2激光器作为温度负阶跃信号发生装置,通过数据处理软件实现温度传感器的现场动态校准与动态改进,且具有非介入、现场性强、校准精度高等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。
Firstly, the factors that affect the time constant τ of the temperature sensor are analyzed. On the basis of this, the in-situ dynamic extremum system of the temperature sensor laser negative step is established. The system uses CO2 laser as the temperature negative step signal generator, which realizes the dynamic calibration and dynamic improvement of the temperature sensor through data processing software. It has the characteristics of non-intervention, strong field and high calibration accuracy, and has broad application prospects.
