将我国少数民族研究生招生优惠政策改革进程中牵涉个人和参与群体的“利益分配与实现”作为切入点,探讨我国少数民族研究生招生优惠政策利益相关者利益诉求及冲突的表现和原因,并且结合我国少数民族研究生招生优惠政策对利益相关者的约束及激励的分析,论证我国少数民族研究生招生优惠政策的利益相关者在博弈过程中实施的合法性,力争在理论应用与分析方法上有所突破,进而指导我国少数民族研究生招生优惠政策的改革与实践。
This paper takes the “distribution of benefits and realization” of individual and participating groups involved in the process of preferential enrollment reform for graduate students of ethnic minorities as an entry point, and discusses the performance and reasons for the interest demands and conflicts of the enrollment preferential policies for minority ethnic students in our country. Based on the analysis of the constraints and motivations for the stakeholders of the preferential policies for the graduate students of ethnic minorities in China, the author demonstrates the legitimacy of the implementation of the preferential policies for the graduate students in our country during the course of the game and endeavors to apply theories and methods of analysis Breakthrough, and then guide the reform and practice of the preferential policies for the enrollment of graduate students of ethnic minorities in China.
