目前国内已开始试用树脂砂铸造超低碳不锈钢铸件,其表面存在严重增碳现象。本文应用铸型涂料理论研究了防渗碳型的氧化性水基涂料,试验结果表明:该涂料可以达到满意的防渗碳效果,并能保证铸件的表面质量。
At present, China has begun trial resin sand cast ultra-low carbon stainless steel castings, the surface there is a serious carbon phenomenon. In this paper, we studied the anti-carburizing oxidation water-based coating by using the theory of mold coating. The experimental results show that the coating can achieve satisfactory carburizing effect and ensure the surface quality of the casting.
