健身气功课程教学设计与实践研究

开设《健身气功》课程,有利于弘扬我国民族传统体育,对大学生进行民族传统文化教育。本文运用问卷调查、教学实验、数理统计等方法,对《健身气功》课程进行设计,突出了“授之以渔”的现代教育思想,达到了学生技术能力和职业能力整合运用和提高的培养目标,符合学院教育改革发展方向和学院培养目标的总体要求。 The opening of the “Health Qigong” curriculum will be conducive to carrying forward our national traditional sports and educating the undergraduates in traditional culture. This paper uses the methods of questionnaire survey, teaching experiment and mathematical statistics to design the curriculum of “Health Qigong”, emphasizes the modern educational thought of “giving education to fish” and achieves the integration and improvement of students’ technical ability and professional ability Training objectives, in line with the direction of college education reform and college training objectives of the overall requirements.
