食盐有“百味之母”之美称,不仅是日常饮食不可缺少的调味品,也是维持人体正常发育不可缺少的物质。食盐的主要成分是氯化钠,其中39%是钠,61%是氯化物。食盐在人体内可分解成钠离子和氯离子,分别发挥着不同的作用。
Salt has the reputation of “the mother of Barilla” and is not only an indispensable seasoning for daily diets, but also an indispensable substance for maintaining the normal development of the human body. The main component of salt is sodium chloride, of which 39% is sodium and 61% is chloride.
