合成了配合物[Mn(phen)3](ClO4)2.CH3OH,并用元素分析和IR对其进行表征。晶体结构分析结果表明该配合物属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数:a=1.12999(7)nm,b=1.28361(8)nm,c=1.44948(9)nm,α=85.385(1)°,β=76.134(1)°,γ=69.890(1)°,Z=4;该配合物的化学式为C37H37Cl2MnN6O9,Mr=834.9,中心金属离子Mn(Ⅱ)为六配位变形八面体构型。配合物通过1,10-邻菲口罗啉芳环间π-π堆积作用和分子间氢键形成了稳定的三维网状结构。
The complex [Mn (phen) 3] (ClO4) 2.CH3OH was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR. The crystal structure analysis showed that the complex belongs to the triclinic system with the space group P-1. The lattice parameters are a = 1.12999 (7) nm, b = 1.28361 (8) nm and c = 1.44948 (9) 85.385 (1) °, β = 76.134 (1) °, γ = 69.890 (1) °, Z = 4. The chemical formula of this complex is C37H37Cl2MnN6O9, Mr = 834.9. The center metal ion Mn (Ⅱ) Octahedral configuration. The complex formed a stable three-dimensional network through π-π stacking and intermolecular hydrogen bonding between 1,10-o-phenanthroline aromatic rings.
