The energy and its stability are all necessary to be monitored. Currently, the electron beam energy measurement methods are usually magnetic deflection method, half price method, range method. However, whether it is magnetic deflection method, half-price method or range method, it needs to get the measurement data and then through the subsequent processing and calculation to get the energy of the electron beam, all belong to the offline measurement method, can not satisfy the beam
