一、小型企业技能培训探微小型企业一般人数多的工种三四十人,少的工种只有一二人。要开展技能培训,存在如下几个方面的困难:一是效率与效益的两难。在社会主义市场经济的今天,高效率与高效益具有趋同性。大凡获得高效益的企业,必定有高效率的生产。理所当然,它的职工队伍,必然是一支素质高的队伍。可是,综观我国现存小型国有企业,多数因袭旧的生产模式,不能在市场经济中冲刺。目前,这些企业机构林立,管理粗放、设备陈旧,工艺落后,效率低下,效益滑坡。在开展技能培训时,常听到一些职教工作者埋怨企业领导人不重视技能培训工作。但我认为这种说法未免有些偏颇。现在大多数企业领导都开始认识到企业必须拥有
