总结1例自左贵要静脉置入PICC后置管侧肢体发生偏瘫的患者成功预防导管相关性血栓的临床护理.为患者制订了针对性的护理计划,实施集束化护理策略,最终PICC导管功能正常,未发生导管相关性血栓,患者顺利进行手术治疗并康复出院.
