目的了解深圳市罗湖区珠宝加工企业的职业病危害情况,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场检测,对检测结果进行分析。结果被调查企业主要工艺以珠宝镶嵌为主,主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、苯系物、噪声,其中苯的22个检测点合格率仅40.91%。结论珠宝加工企业苯的危害情况较为严重,镶石清洗工位工人是直接受害者。应进行生产工艺改良,加强职业卫生管理和对工人的职业卫生知识宣传教育,定期进行职业病危害因素检测和工人职业健康检查。
Objective To understand the occupational disease hazards of jewelry processing enterprises in Luohu District, Shenzhen, and provide scientific basis for making prevention and control measures. Methods Occupational hygiene survey, field occupational hazards in the workplace were carried out and the test results were analyzed. Results The main technology of the investigated enterprises was jewelery inlay. The main occupational hazards were dust, benzene series, and noise. Among them, the passing rate of benzene in 22 test points was only 40.91%. Conclusion The jeopardy situation of benzene in jewelery processing enterprises is more serious. The workers who set the stone cleaning station are the direct victims. Improve the production process should be to strengthen occupational health management and occupational health knowledge of workers publicity and education, regular occupational hazards and occupational health checks.
