淋病是我国发病最多的性传播疾病。治愈患者是控制淋病的重要环节,选用有效的药物是保证治疗的关键。第三代头孢菌素类抗生素如头孢三嗪已广泛应用于淋病治疗。自1997年1月～1999年4月,我们应用头孢三嗪(罗氏芬)治疗急性淋病68例,取得了满意效果。现报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 病例选择 68例均为门诊病人,男53例,女12例,女童3例;年龄9～47岁,平均27.5岁;病程3～20天。初发62例,复发6例(1例并发淋菌性眼炎)。男性患者均有不洁性交史。
Gonorrhea is the most common sexually transmitted disease in our country. Cure patients is an important part of gonorrhea control, the selection of effective drugs is the key to ensuring treatment. Third-generation cephalosporin antibiotics such as ceftriaxone have been widely used in gonorrhea treatment. From January 1997 to April 1999, we applied ceftriaxone (Rocephin) to treat 68 cases of acute gonorrhea and achieved satisfactory results. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Case Selection 68 cases were outpatients, 53 males and 12 females, girls 3 cases; aged 9 to 47 years, mean 27.5 years; duration of 3 to 20 days. The first 62 cases, 6 cases of recurrence (1 case of gonococcal ophthalmia). Male patients have unclean sexual history.
