目的探讨核酸筛查实验室RNA酶污染防止对策,使核酸筛查能够顺利进行,按时发放检验报告。方法根据实验中出现的问题,采取逐步排除法,在其它条件不变的情况下,改进某一步骤,记录实验结果,以内对照失败率为主要参数,进行比较。结果排除试剂配制,核酸提取,核酸扩增检测无因RNA酶污染造成的实验失败后,采用75%酒精多次擦拭进样器,台面和向空中喷酒75%酒精,拖地,勤换手套等方法,可有效防止RNA酶污染。结论对RNA病毒进行核酸筛查时,RNA酶污染必须引起高度重视。
