1987、1988两年是我国经济高速发展时期,雨后春笋般上马的各类工厂对机电设备的需求激增,名牌设备自然销路特好,供不应求,于是,有问题的甚至冒牌的设备就“鱼目混珠”。用户为增加生产能力,往往“饥不择食”。如我厂在这两年内购置的设备,就有近三分之一存在质量问题。现举数例如下: 1.1987年12月从北京购进的TX4240B数显镗床,漏油严重,床面锁不紧,精度达不到说明书要求。生产厂曾派人修理,但问题没有解决,至今仍搁置无用。 2.1988年1月从青岛购进的Z28-12·ST滚丝机,液压部分集成块过渡板有沙眼漏油,我厂不得不再购配件重新加工安装。 3.1988年4月从上海购进的两台CM-6125B精密普通车床,试用期间均出现整流元件烧毁现象。 4.1988年12月从桂林购进的X5026A立式升降台无级调速铣床,使用时发现步进电机轴端键槽未装键。 1987 and 1988 were high economic development periods in China. The branded equipment was sold naturally in exceptionally good conditions and was in short supply. Therefore, problematic and even counterfeit equipment was “mixed”. In order to increase the production capacity, users often have to “hungry”. For example, nearly one-third of the equipment purchased by our factory within two years has quality problems. In January 1988, Z28-12.ST Rolling Machine purchased from Qingdao, the hydraulic part of the transition plate has trachoma oil leakage. Our factory can no longer purchase parts to re-install. 3. Two CM-6125B precision ordinary lathes purchased from Shanghai in April 1988. The rectifier components were burned during the trial period. 4. The X5026A vertical lift table stepless speed control milling machine was purchased from Guilin in December 1988. When it was used, it was found that the keyway of the shaft end of the stepping motor was not installed.
