光刻胶常用作模压全息母版拍摄的记录材料。本文在叙述了它本身和模压工艺的特点后,指出要拍摄出质量好的光刻胶母版应当注意到的问题。诸如拍摄参数的选择应同时考虑到衍射效率和信噪比,照明的均匀性问题,必须用逆共轭光再现的问题,以及消偏振,相干长度,外界振动对拍摄的影响问题。最后分析说明拍摄的主要矛盾在于,只有用相干性好的大功率激光束,才能提高拍摄的信噪比,获得高质量的全息图片。本文是在大量的实验和检测的基础上写成的
Photoresists are often used as a recording material for molded holographic masters. After describing its own characteristics and the characteristics of the embossing process, this article points out the problems that should be noticed when making a good quality photoresist master. Such as the shooting parameters should be taken into account both the diffraction efficiency and signal to noise ratio, lighting uniformity problems that must be reproduced with inverse conjugate light problems, as well as depolarization, coherence length, the impact of external vibration on shooting. The final analysis shows that the main contradiction of shooting is that only using high-power laser beam with good coherence can improve the signal-to-noise ratio and obtain high-quality hologram.
