[目的]了解高千伏X线车摄片工作人员生理疲劳、情绪对胸片质量的影响。[方法]对2008年10～12月32个工作日内的行驶路程和工作地点移动等情况各区域段的胸片质量进行统计分析,[结果]高千伏X线车频繁移动工作地点,且长距离行驶导致工作人员的生理疲劳和情绪不佳,易造成胸片质量下降。[结论]到厂矿进行职业性体检拍摄X线胸片时应合理地安排行程,协调体检对象的等待时间,避免产生工作人员的生理疲劳及体检双方不佳的情绪。
[Objective] To understand the effects of physiological fatigue and mood on the quality of chest radiographs in high kV radiography radiographers. [Methods] The statistical analysis was made on the quality of the chest radiographs in each region of the travel distance and work place within 32 working days from October to December in 2008. [Results] The high kV X-ray car frequently moved the work place and Long-distance driving lead to physiological fatigue and emotional staff, can easily lead to lower quality chest radiographs. [Conclusion] It is advisable to arrange the trip to factory and mine during the occupational physical examination for X-ray and to coordinate the waiting time of the physical examination object so as to avoid the physical fatigue of the staff and the bad mood of both the medical examinations.
