以快速溶胶 -凝胶法合成了不同x值的La1 -xSrxCoO3复合氧化物 ,XRD分析表明均为钙钛矿晶体结构 ,估算平均粒度已达到纳米级 .研究了溶胶 -凝胶制备过程的条件并提出凝胶化起始温度的控制问题 ,对降低煅烧温度和缩短煅烧时间也进行了实验 .
The X-ray diffraction patterns of La1-xSrxCoO3 composite oxides with different x values were synthesized by a rapid sol-gel method and the crystal structure of perovskite was confirmed by XRD. The average size of La1-xSrxCoO3 composite nanocrystals was estimated. The conditions of sol- Proposed control of the initial gel temperature, reducing the calcination temperature and shorten the calcination time were also experiments.
