用小角X光散射(SAXS)对聚氯乙烯/线型低密度聚乙烯(PVC/LLDPE)共混体系的界面结构进行了研究,探讨了体系宏观性能与微观结构之间的关系。发现氢化聚丁二烯—b—甲基丙烯酸甲酯(HPBD—b—PMMA)共聚物是PVC/LLDPE共混体系有效的增容剂,其分子量在很大的范围内都提高了共混体系的力学性能,其增容本质是增加了相界面间的热力学相容性,而相间分子缠结对体系的宏观性能却影响不大。
The interfacial structure of polyvinyl chloride / linear low density polyethylene (PVC / LLDPE) blends was studied by using small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), and the relationship between macroscopic properties and microstructure was discussed. It has been found that HPBD-b-methyl methacrylate (HPBD-b-PMMA) copolymer is an effective compatibilizer for PVC / LLDPE blends and its molecular weight improves the blending system over a large range The mechanical properties of the system increase the thermodynamic compatibility of the interfacial interphase, while interphase molecular entanglement has little effect on the macroscopic performance of the system.
