义务教育改革的深化使得小学教学资源逐步向集中化、高效化和精细化方向发展,“向管理要质量,向课堂要效益”的呼声在小学中被高高喊起,如何通过有效的管理来提升教育资源利用的效率,使得有效的资源发挥更大的效果是当前小学教学管理所深思的问题。基于此,笔者结合近年来的工作实践来对小学教学管理工作中存在的问题和如何有效地解决这些问题提出一些建议,希望能够促进小学教学管理方法的优化,实现教学质量新的突破。
