为深入研究后置导叶对轴流泵装置性能的影响,结合南水北调北坍泵站模型机组试验,利用Gambit软件,基于雷诺时均Navier-Stokes方程,选用S-A湍流模型与SIMPLEC算法对模型泵进行数值模拟。对比模拟结果与试验结果的外特性,并观察其内流场特性,发现在无导叶时叶轮出水后方区域流动紊乱,流线出现明显的旋转,安装导叶后较好地改善了轴流泵的内流态,有助于提高轴流泵的做功能力。
In order to further study the influence of the guide vanes on the performance of the axial-flow pump unit, the model pump test was carried out by using North Cambrian Pumping Station of South-to-North Water Diversion Project. Using the Gambit software, based on the Reynolds- average Navier-Stokes equation, the SA turbulence model and the SIMPLEC algorithm Numerical Simulation. Comparing the simulation results with the experimental results, observing the characteristics of the internal flow field, it is found that the flow field in the rear of the impeller is disordered and the flow line is obviously rotated when there is no guide vane, and the axial flow pump is improved after installing the guide vane Of the internal flow, help to improve the axial pump work capacity.
