目的了解放线酮驱鼠效果。方法模拟现场和现场效果观察,其中模拟现场采用容器内分别放相同诱饵或不同诱饵,外包装材料涂放线酮与空白对照;现场采用容器内放相同诱饵,外包装材料涂放线酮与空白对照;连续观察2 d鼠类拖食情况,外包装材料有被鼠咬过的痕迹,则判断为阳性。结果模拟现场相同诱饵组,外包装材料涂放线酮组均未拖食,空白对照组2 d拖食;不同诱饵组大米诱饵和对照组都未拖食,葵花子诱饵第2天拖食,对照组2 d都拖食;现场实验组4周内都未被拖食;空白对照组都被拖食。结论放线酮具有一定的驱鼠效果。
Objective To understand the effect of line release ketone drive. Methods The field and field effects were simulated. The bait of sunflower was dragged on the second day, Group 2 d dragged food; field experimental group were not dragged within 4 weeks; blank control group were dragged. Conclusion Actinomycete has a certain drive effect.
