本文以不对中弹性全支承连续曲梁系统为基础,参考多种曲轴计算法和一些实验测试资料,提出了一套改进的计算法。文中在计算模型、支承假设、轴承固定不同轴度和扭矩对曲轴弯曲的影响等方面提出了一些新的见解,为确定曲拐刚度提出了简便的斜截面计算法,并编制了计算曲轴强度的多功能电算通用程序,对三台不同类型内燃机的曲轴进行了多种方案的计算。文中附有标定工况下计算与实测结果的对照,以及电算源程序框图。
In this paper, based on the misalignment elastic full support continuous curved beam system, a set of improved calculation method is proposed with reference to a variety of crankshaft calculation methods and some experimental test data. In this paper, some new opinions are put forward in the aspects of calculation model, bearing hypothesis, influence of bearing fixed misorientation and torque on crankshaft bending, etc. A simple calculation method of inclined plane is proposed to determine the stiffness of crankcase. Multi-function computer general program, the crankshaft of three different types of internal combustion engine for a variety of programs. Text with calibration conditions under the calculation and the measured results of the control, as well as computer source code block diagram.
