Adoptive infusion of in vitro activated immune effector cells to mediate tumor regression or mitigation is one of the important advances in modern immunology in cancer therapy research. However, clinical observations so far have shown limited effects. The reason for this is that it is one of the important factors affecting the therapeutic effect that effector cells cannot migrate to the target organ [1]. This study was to investigate the in vivo infusion of different pathways of CD3AK cells.
