赏识教育要求教师遵循生命成长的规律,走进学生的内心世界,信任、尊重、理解、激励、宽容学生,发现学生的潜能,唤起学生的自信,扬起学生的激情。赏识教育作为一种全新的教育理念,对于培养学生的健康人格、挖掘学生多方面的潜能,实现其自我欣赏、自我发展具有较强的现实意义,符合素质教育的总体要求。但是时下的赏识教育好像并没有达到这样的效果,反而使孩子变得浮躁、虚荣、自负、骄傲、脆弱,赏识教育进入了一个误区:“赏识过度”。
Appreciation of education requires teachers to follow the law of life growth, into the inner world of students, trust, respect, understanding, motivation, tolerance students, discover the potential of students, arouse the students ’self-confidence, raise students’ passion. Appreciation of education as a new concept of education is of great practical significance for cultivating students’ healthy personality, exploring the potential of students in many aspects, realizing their self-appreciation and self-development, and meets the general requirements of quality education. However, nowadays the appreciation education does not seem to achieve such an effect, but the child becomes impetuous, vanity, conceit, pride, fragility, appreciation of education into a misunderstanding: “overreaching ”.
