子宫下段剖腹产手术中,子宫下段收缩差是导致手术严重出血的重要原因,也是造成产妇生命危险的重要原因。我院采取子宫下段填塞纱条的方法控制术中出血,取得较好的效果,报告如下。临床资料1一般资料:2010年1月～2012年12月剖腹产术中发生子宫下段严重出血患者19例,其中活跃期阻滞4例,第2产程延长3例,边缘性前置胎盘12例,术中平均出血量700ml,平均使用缩宫素30单位,均采用温盐水纱垫压迫,出血部位‘8’字缝合,止血效果不佳,后采用子宫下段填塞纱条方法止血。2纱条填塞方法:采用无菌的宽4cm,长100cm,厚8层的纱布条1条,用碘伏溶液浸湿挤干,用卵圆钳将一端送至宫颈
