吃中餐的时候,我喜欢点米饭,总觉得一碗白米饭足以彰显这个店家所有的诚意和水平。店家用的什么米,是蒸的还是煮的,用什么样的碗什么样的手势递给你,都是这个店的内容。在上海的南京西路上吃过一家小店,米饭的蒸熟的,用的是江南的米,盛上来的时候用一个银制的大碗,米饭平平整整温温柔柔地上来了。其实,我能大略体会到这家不起眼的小店在林林总总枝繁叶茂的餐厅里为何没有被取代。它有自己的独到之处,它有自己的味道。
When eating Chinese food, I like to order some rice and always feel that a bowl of white rice is enough to demonstrate all the sincerity and level of this store. What is the store’s rice, steamed or boiled, with what kind of bowl what kind of gestures handed to you, are the contents of this store. In Shanghai’s Nanjing West Road, a small shop eaten, steamed rice, with the southern rice, when filled with a silver bowl, rice gentle on the whole up. In fact, I can easily understand why this humble shop has not been replaced in the numerous leafy restaurants. It has its own uniqueness, it has its own taste.
