本文用TEM研究了快速凝固Al-Si合金的显微组织特征。结果表明:快速凝固Al-5.4%Si和Al-11.09%Si合金粉末的显微组织分别为树枝状和胞状、α固溶体加细小共晶体。快速凝固使得合金的位错密度和层错增加,当冷速足够大时,Al-11.09%Si合金可以形成单相α固溶体。
In this paper, TEM was used to study the microstructure of rapidly solidified Al-Si alloy. The results show that the microstructures of rapidly solidified Al-5.4% Si and Al-11.09% Si alloy powders are dendritic and cellular, respectively. The rapid solidification results in the increase of the dislocation density and stacking fault. When the cooling rate is large enough, Al-11.09% Si alloy can form single-phase α solid solution.
