本文在扩张后软组织生物力学特性研究的基础上,对扩张软组织进行了组织学和组织化学的研究。16只狗作为动物模型被采用,其隐血管、隐神经和缝匠肌进行惯常的扩张研究。经最后一次注水后的第1、第3和第5天,从扩张组和非扩张组(对照组)取样进行研究。用光镜和电镜观察这些组织的形态变化。用计算机图象分析系统IBAS—2000(OPTON)来测量内皮细胞和肌细胞中DNA、血管中胶原和弹性纤维和肌肉中SDH(琥珀酸脱氢酶)和ATP-ase(三磷酸腺甘酶)。
Based on the study of the biomechanical properties of the soft tissue after the expansion, the study on the histology and histochemistry of the expanded soft tissue was carried out. Twenty-six dogs were used as animal models, with occultus, saphenous and sartorius muscle routinely dilated. On the 1st, 3rd and 5th days after the last infusion, samples were taken from the dilated group and the non-dilated group (control group). Morphological changes of these tissues were observed with light microscope and electron microscope. Using computer image analysis system IBAS-2000 (OPTON) to measure the DNA in endothelial cells and myocytes, SDH (succinate dehydrogenase) and ATP-ase (adenosine triphosphate) in collagen and elastic fibers and muscle in blood vessels, .
