陈棕炭煅制工艺的改进

陈棕炭为棕榈科植物棕板或旧床棕绳的炮制品。其加工方法习惯用密闭煅法,即扣锅煅。按原炮制规范,制法为取陈棕于清水中漂4~5天,每日换水1~2次,取出晒干,拣去杂质,切成5cm见方小块,然后密闭煅制成炭。为了提高工效,我们对上法作了改进。方法为取漂净去杂陈棕,先卷叠成大卷,再放入锅内压紧,扣上一锅。二锅结合处用黄沙封严,上锅贴一白纸。用武火加热至铁锅红透(约2小时左右),至上锅白纸显焦黄色,即为煅透。待冷至48h后,将煅透棕炭取出,切成5cm~2小块,放凉即成。改进后可以节约因切生陈棕而耗费的大量劳力,同时也可以提高炮制品的得率和成品的外观质量。按改进后的方法,煅制品块,每一百公斤只需费约一个小时,而生陈棕切块每百公斤约需40~50小时。 Tan palm charcoal is a processed product of palm plant palm boards or old bed palm cords. After being cooled to 48h, remove calcined charcoal and cut into 5cm to 2 pieces, let cool and serve. After the improvement, it can save a lot of labor that is consumed due to the cutting of brown hair, and it can also increase the yield of finished products and the appearance quality of the finished products. According to the improved method, forged pieces of the product cost only about one hour for each one hundred kilograms, and about 40 to 50 hours for each 100 kilograms of the raw brown block.
