本期我担任毕业班的班主任,开学初,我即注意了学生的家长工作。截至目前为止,在全班55人中,我进行了两次家庭访问的有46人,有的多达4、5次。由于我每次访问都是从全面关心学生着手,加之平日与家长联系较密、感情较深,因此,家长不感到突然,工作也进行得较顺利。通过这段工作,我有如下两点体会: 首先,我认为平日经常细心地观察学生,有目的地进行家长工作对教好学生特别是对学生的升学、就业作妥善安排上有很大作用。如梅志芳是一个12岁爱玩喜闹的女孩,开学后我曾两次发现她在踢毽
In this issue, I am the head teacher of the graduation class. At the beginning of the school year, I paid attention to the work of the students' parents. So far, out of the 55 people in my class, I have had 46 home visits, with as many as 4, 5 occasions. Since every visit to my school is from the total concern of the students and the parents have intimate relationships with them on weekdays, the parents do not feel sudden and work is proceeding smoothly.
