患者27岁。闭经34周,停经一个月时有早妊反应,妊娠3个月时发烧,体温39℃,持续一周。曾用庆大霉素、氨基比啉,黄体酮等治疗。妊娠5个月时自觉有胎动,近10天发现腹部迅速增长,伴有下肢浮肿,因阵发性下腹痛于1983年1月21日急诊入院。既往曾于1981年1月26日妊娠2个月自然流产一次。月经155～6/30,量较少。25岁结婚。产科检查:腹部膨隆,腹围89cm,宫高36cm,胎位左枕前,胎心未听到,羊水较多。诊断:妊娠34
