目的　为了向卫生行政部门制订区域卫生规划提供床位测算方法。方法　采用普查调查方法对山东省所有市地进行相关调查 ,数据采取借用和自研公式进行测算。结果　到 2 0 0 5年 ,全省床位总量减少 5 19% ,市驻地减少 4 97% ,县驻地减少 1 0 3% ,乡驻地减少 9 6 8%。结论　研究结果填补目前测算方法空白 ,有一定可操作性 ,但仍需在实践中推广和完善 Objective To provide bedside measurement methods for the health administrative department to formulate regional health plans. Methods Survey surveys were conducted on all cities in Shandong Province by means of census surveys. Data were calculated using borrowed and self-developed formulas. As a result, by the year of 2005, the total number of beds in the province has decreased by 519%, the city’s resident sites have decreased by 477%, the county’s resident sites have decreased by 103%, and the number of township resident sites has decreased by 96%. Conclusion The results of the study fill the gaps in the current measurement methods and have certain operability, but they still need to be promoted and improved in practice.
