2006年4月,笔者参加了国防科工委民爆中心的赴德培训。在德期间,对“劳动安全防护及工作环境心理咨询”、“劳动保护和安全技术标准化”、“劳动防护品技术标准检测”和“高校现代安全管理知识专业培训”等情况,进行了粗略的考察。德国人把中国词语“安全生产管理”称之为“劳动安全防护及劳动医学管理”。他们对这一概念的诠释,更显其科学与严谨。
In April 2006, I participated in the training of civil explosion center of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. During his stay in Germany, he was instrumental in the “Work Safety and Psychological Counseling for Work Environment”, “Standardization of Labor Protection and Safety Technology”, “Testing of Technical Standards for Labor Protection Products” and “Professional Training in Modern Safety Management of Colleges and Universities” “And so on, conducted a rough inspection. Germans call the Chinese word ”safe production management“ ”labor safety protection and labor medical management." Their interpretation of this concept is even more scientific and rigorous.
