通过试验研究,建立了一个科学、快速和准确的尖镰孢侵染大豆所致根腐病苗期鉴定方法。利用该鉴定方法,分析了6株尖镰孢与11个大豆品种的互作。结果表明不同品种间抗性差异较大,如绥农28与菌株K31互作病指为15.24,而与菌株YA25互作病指为44.90;东农54与菌株M63互作病指为19.31,而与菌株H1互作病指为71.43。通过应用该鉴定方法,证明其适用于大批量、快速和准确地进行尖镰孢与大豆品种(品系)互作中的尖镰孢致病性测定及抗源筛选。
Through the experimental research, a scientific, rapid and accurate method for the identification of soybean-induced root rot infected by Fusarium oxysporum was established. Using this identification method, the interaction between 6 Fusarium oxysporum and 11 soybean cultivars was analyzed. The results showed that there were significant differences in resistance among different varieties. For example, the interaction index of Suinong 28 with strain K31 was 15.24, while that with strain YA25 was 44.90. The interaction index between Dongnong 54 and strain M63 was 19.31, Interaction with the strain H1 means that the index is 71.43. By applying this method, it has been proved that it is suitable for the pathogenicity determination and anti-source screening of Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. infect with soybean varieties (lines) in large quantities, quickly and accurately.
