针对市政道路工程施工方案评价中存在模糊性和不确定性因素较多的问题,将模糊理论和灰色理论结合起来进行研究,构造基于三角模糊数法的灰理想关联评价模型。模型中利用三角模糊数法在模糊、不确定因素数量化方面的优势,确定评价指标的权重;根据所得到的评价指标的权重,在传统的灰色关联分析法的基础上,结合TOPSIS法,对施工方案进行灰理想关联评价。以某城市改建主干道工程施工方案评价为例介绍模型的具体应用,结果表明:应用该模型对施工方案进行评价可行、有效。
In view of the problems of ambiguity and uncertainty in the evaluation of municipal road construction scheme, fuzzy theory and gray theory are combined to study, and gray ideal association evaluation model based on triangular fuzzy number method is constructed. According to the weight of the evaluation index obtained, based on the traditional gray relational analysis method and the TOPSIS method, the model is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index by using the fuzzy number of trigonometric fuzzy method in the quantification of fuzzy and uncertain factors. Construction program gray correlation evaluation. Taking the evaluation of the construction scheme of a main road as an example, the concrete application of the model is introduced. The results show that it is feasible and effective to evaluate the construction scheme by using this model.
