1984年8月至1988年12月,我院经膀胱共作前列腺摘除术35例,在手术方法上对传统的术式作了改进,取得了较好的效果。一、临床资料本组年龄最小46岁,最大83岁,平均68.4岁,62～75岁30例占85.7%。病程1～3年,26例以尿潴留急诊入院,9例排尿呈点滴状。30例术前留置导尿管,引流时间1～2周,5例导尿失败行耻骨上膀胱造瘘。术前
