本文采用普林斯顿2273电化学工作站对四种常见管线钢(X65、X70、X80、X90),在气相状态下的二氧化碳饱和水溶液中进行了电化学测试。结果表明:在20~50℃范围内,X65和X80管线钢的腐蚀速率先增加后减小,其腐蚀速率在40℃时取得最大值。X70管线钢和X90管线钢的腐蚀速率在20~50℃的区间内,先增加后减小再增加,其腐蚀速率在50℃时取得最大值。
In this paper, Princeton 2273 electrochemical workstation for four common pipeline steel (X65, X70, X80, X90), in the gas phase of carbon dioxide saturated aqueous solution electrochemical tests. The results show that the corrosion rate of X65 and X80 pipeline steel first increases and then decreases at 20-50 ℃, and the corrosion rate reaches the maximum value at 40 ℃. The corrosion rate of X70 pipeline steel and X90 pipeline steel increased first, then decreased and then increased at the range of 20-50 ℃. The corrosion rate of X70 pipeline steel and X90 pipeline steel reached its maximum at 50 ℃.
