以3-吡啶-4-苯甲酸(HL)和Co(NO3)2·6H2O为原料,利用水热法合成了一维链状钴配合物{[Co(L)2(HL)(H2O)]·H2O}n(1)。通过X-射线单晶衍射技术测定其晶体结构,并利用元素分析、热重分析等技术对其进行了表征。晶体结构分析表明:配合物1属三斜晶系,空间群P-1,晶胞参数为:a=1.1362(2)nm,b=1.1688(2)nm,c=1.4104(3)nm,α=93.93(3)°,β=104.25(3)°,γ=116.81(3)°,Z=2,V=1.593(3)nm3,M r=690.56,D c=1.658/g·cm-3,μ=0.745mm-1,最终偏离因子R1=0.0969,wR2=0.1616。配合物1呈现出一维分子钩双链结构,相邻链间通过O―H…O氢键相互作用组装成二维超分子结构。
One-dimensional chain-like cobalt complex {[Co (L) 2 (HL) (H2O)] was synthesized by hydrothermal method using 3-pyridyl-4-benzoic acid (HL) and Co (NO3) 2 · 6H2O as raw materials · H2O} n (1). The crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction and characterized by elemental analysis and thermogravimetric analysis. Crystal structure analysis showed that complex 1 belongs to the triclinic system with the space group P-1. The unit cell parameters are: a = 1.1362 (2) nm, b = 1.1688 (2) nm, c = 1.4104 = 93.93 (3) °, β = 104.25 (3) °, γ = 116.81 (3) °, Z = 2, V = 1.593 (3) nm3, M r = 690.56, D c = 1.658 / g · cm -3 , μ = 0.745mm-1, the final deviation factor R1 = 0.0969, wR2 = 0.1616. Complex 1 showed a one-dimensional molecular double-stranded structure, and the adjacent chains were assembled into two-dimensional supramolecular structures through the O-H ... O hydrogen bond interaction.
