中国药学会医院药学专业委员会于1993年8月上旬在新疆乌鲁木齐市召开了“全国医院药学计算机应用学术交流会”。交流会期间,在汤光主任委员主持下召开了与会专业委员会会议,就有关问题进行了研究,并决定在中国药学会医院药学专业委员会中设立“医院药学计算机专业组筹备组”,该组暂定由5人组成,由吴永佩委员兼任组长,负责具体筹备工作。遵照专业委员会的决议,筹备组召开了第一次会议,决定将于1994年9～10月间正式成立专业组,并在同时召开全国性学术会议——电子计算机在医院药学领域内应用。
Chinese Pharmaceutical Association Hospital Pharmacy Committee in early August 1993 in Urumqi, Xinjiang held a “national hospital pharmacy computer application academic exchange.” During the exchange meeting, under the auspices of Chairman Tang Guangguang, a meeting of specialized committees was convened to conduct a study on the relevant issues and decided to set up a “Preparatory Group of Hospital Pharmacy Computer Professionals” in the Pharmacy Professional Committee of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association Hospital.
