为了改善煤矿井下供电系统人工控制的现状,设计了一种基于PLC、工业以太网及串行总线通信技术的煤矿井下电力监控系统,集成不同型号的开关,设计了通信速率匹配模块和CAN转485通信模块,并采用WinCC组态软件设计了友好的人机界面,实现了井下配电的远程在线监测与控制,提高了井下电力监控的自动化水平。
In order to improve the status quo of artificial control of underground power supply system in coal mine, a coal mine power monitoring system based on PLC, industrial Ethernet and serial bus communication technology is designed. Different types of switches are integrated.
