为探讨不同桂花品种的耐荫性,测定了不同强度的遮荫处理(30%,60%和90%)对3个桂花品种生理指标的影响。结果表明,在30%遮荫处理下,3个桂花品种间叶片相对含水量、POD活性差异不显著,比叶重、相对电导率、可溶性蛋白差异显著,九龙桂、早秋红的叶绿素a/b差异不显著;60%遮荫处理下,3个桂花品种间叶片相对含水量差异不显著,比叶重差异显著,九龙桂、早秋红的叶片相对电导率及可溶性蛋白差异不显著,九龙桂、淡妆的POD活性及叶绿素a/b差异不显著;90%遮荫处理下,3个桂花品种间叶片相对含水量、相对电导率差异不显著,叶绿素a/b、POD活性差异显著,淡妆、早秋红的叶片比叶重差异不显著,九龙桂、淡妆的可溶性蛋白差异不显著。通过对3个桂花品种的综合评价可知,在90%遮荫处理下,耐荫强弱顺序为:九龙桂>早秋红>淡妆。
In order to investigate the shade tolerance of different Osmanthus fragrans cultivars, the effects of shading treatment (30%, 60% and 90%) on the physiological indexes of three Osmanthus fragrans varieties were tested. Through the comprehensive evaluation of three sweet-scented osmanthus varieties, we can see that under 90% shading treatment, the order of shade-tolerance is: Kowloon Gui> early autumn red> light makeup.
