目的:利用石墨炉吸收光谱法测定高纯锡中微量铝。方法:ETAAS法测定高纯锡中微量铝时,运用锡的干扰及铝和锡在石墨炉加热过程中变化机理,提出了快速测定高纯锡中微量铝的新方法。结果:通过石墨炉加热程序的试验,根据铝和锡在石墨炉加热过程中的转化机理,及对铝的回收试验和样品测定来得到高纯锡和高级锡样品中铝的含量。结论:本文对石墨炉加热过程中铝和锡的转化机理提出了新的看法,并经试验证实。这一认识解决了多年来人们用ETAAS法测定铝的难点。
Objective: To determine trace aluminum in high pure tin by graphite furnace absorption spectrometry. Methods: The method of ETAAS for the determination of trace amounts of aluminum in high purity tin was proposed. The new method of rapid determination of trace amount of aluminum in high purity tin was proposed by using the interference of tin and the changing mechanism of aluminum and tin during heating in graphite furnace. Results: The aluminum content in high-purity tin and high-grade tin samples was obtained according to the heating procedure of graphite furnace, according to the conversion mechanism of aluminum and tin during heating in graphite furnace, and the aluminum recovery test and sample determination. Conclusion: This paper presents a new view on the conversion mechanism of aluminum and tin during the heating of graphite furnace and has been confirmed by experiments. This understanding solves the difficulty of measuring aluminum by ETAAS over the years.
