侧插自焙槽具有投资省、见效快等优点,在我国铝行业中占有很大比重,它的槽数约占全国总槽数的三分之二,产能约占全国总产能的63%。但此种槽型机械化程度低,劳动强度大,作业环境恶劣,技术经济指标较低。为改变这种落后面貌,我厂通过科技攻关和生产实践,取得一批科技成果。本文就烟气收集与治理、自动打壳下料、电解生产过程微机控制、锂盐阳极糊应用等先进技术在我厂60kA侧插自焙槽上的综合运用等予以评述,以期为改善我国侧插自焙槽的生产面貌和技术经济指标提供参考。
Side-inserted self-baking trough has the advantages of investment saving, quick response and so on. It occupies a large proportion in China’s aluminum industry. Its number of troughs accounts for about two thirds of the total number of troughs in the country and its production capacity accounts for about 63% of the national total capacity. However, this type of trough mechanization is low, labor-intensive, poor operating environment, technical and economic indicators are low. To change this backwardness, I plant through scientific and technological research and production practices, made a number of scientific and technological achievements. This paper reviews the comprehensive utilization of advanced technologies such as flue gas collection and treatment, automatic shell breaking, microcomputer control of electrolytic production process and application of lithium salt anode paste in our factory 60kA side-inserted self-baking trough, etc. In order to improve our country’s side Insert self baking cell production and technical and economic indicators provide a reference.
