刚性蓄水屋面既能改善炎热地区屋面的隔热效能,又可增加寒冷地区屋面的保温能力,施工简便,造价低廉,但是刚性蓄水屋面的一些节点是容易渗漏的薄弱部位,必须认真处理。1980年我公司在江西大学10号宿舍工程中对节点作了一些改进,经过几年考验,屋面不渗不漏,隔热效果也比较理想。目前南昌市平屋面防水热做法是在两毡三油防水层上加做一层预制混凝土板架空层,改用刚性蓄水屋面后,考虑南昌市温差变化大,屋面混凝土伸缩频繁,嵌缝油膏质量尚不稳定和施工质量不稳定等不利因素,
