软科学的提出和软科学的发展,是一个国家文明程度和经济发展、科学发达的一个重要标志。目前,我国的学术界对软科学还有不同的解释。我认为,软科学从其为决策服务这个角度来说,就是把高智能引入领导决策的整个过程,是实现领导决策民主化、科学化的基础和保证。按照钱学森同志的说法,软科学是一门一本万利的科学。从这个意义上讲,软科学是一门智力投入的科学。
The proposal of soft science and the development of soft science are an important symbol of a country's civilization, economic development and scientific development. At present, there are different interpretations of soft science in China's academic circles. In my opinion, soft science, from the perspective of decision-making service, introduces high intelligence into the whole process of leadership decision-making and is the foundation and guarantee for the democratization and scientization of leading decision-making. According to Comrade Qian Xuesen, soft science is a magical science. In this sense, soft science is a science of intellectual input.
