随着信息时代的来临,如何将信息管理理论应用于创意产业,使创意产品价值提升发挥到最优状态,逐渐被社会各方所关注。本文基于信息不对称理论分析了创意产品开发中存在逆向选择和道德风险现象,从产品开发管理单位、创意单位和创意成员个人等角度探讨了创意产品开发各阶段的信息不对称现象,提出保障创意产品开发的健康持续发展,降低或消除创意产品开发过程的信息不对称的对策建议。
With the advent of the information age, how to apply the theory of information management to the creative industries and make the value of the creative products reach the optimal status have gradually attracted the attention of all sectors of society.
