通过对连续定向凝固过程的传热理论分析,建立了临界牵引速度与其相关因素之间的关系式。当喷水位置到固液界面距离L≤10mm时,纯Al和Al-1%Cu合金计算结果与实验数据基本吻合。由此而确定的各种参数之间能够达到很好的相互匹配,可确保连续定向凝固的稳定进行。还通过分析各种因素对临界牵引速度的影响,提出了提高临界牵引速度的途径。
Through the theoretical analysis of heat transfer in continuous directional solidification process, the relationship between critical traction speed and its related factors is established. When the distance between the water jetting position and the solid-liquid interface is less than or equal to 10mm, the calculation results of pure Al and Al-1% Cu alloy basically agree with the experimental data. The various parameters thus determined can be well matched to each other to ensure the stable continuous directional solidification. Through the analysis of various factors on the critical traction speed, put forward ways to improve the critical traction speed.
