本研究主要用切断脊髓的方法探讨了蓝斑核加压反应的神经性升压部分的神经通路。其结果为:1.刺激大鼠蓝斑核,可出现同一波型的加压反应;2.在切断脊髓上端时,刺激蓝斑核所出现的刺激期血压骤升的神经性升压部分就消失。静注酚妥拉明时,蓝斑核加压反应受到剂量依赖性抑制;3.切断双侧迷走神经不影响蓝斑核加压反应的出现。以上事实提示:蓝斑核加压反应的神经性升压部分,是通过脊髓及外周α受体,与迷走神经无关。
In this study, we used the method of severed spinal cord to explore the neural pathway of the neurogenic part of the voltage response of locus coeruleus. The results are: 1. stimulate the rat locus coeruleus, there may be the same wave pressure response; 2. cut off the upper end of the spinal cord, the stimulation of locus coeruleus nucleus appeared during the stimulation of blood pressure surge part of the nervous disappear. When phentolamine was injected intravenously, the voltage response of locus coeruleus nucleus was dose-dependently inhibited.3. The bilateral vagus nerve was not cut off and did not affect the occurrence of locus coeruleus pressure. The above facts suggest that the voltage-boosting part of the locus coeruleus nucleus is via the spinal cord and the peripheral α receptor, which has nothing to do with the vagus nerve.
